Since joining Perdue Animal Nutrition in 2018, Dr. de Souza has spent the last seven years exploring the effects of different fatty acids and dietary strategies on cow performance, with the goal of improving both productivity and profitability. By translating complex nutritional studies into practical solutions, he continues to help the industry find new ways to increase the efficiency and value of dairy production.
